Regardless of which program you join; a dietitian adds value to your weight loss journey by helping you learn how you can make small beneficial lifestyle habits to reduce weight rebound. In addition, a dietitian also looks at your overall health and can help you balance nutrient deficiencies and maintain your optimal protein intake to prevent unnecessary muscle loss. A dietitian also helps you create an optimal diet plan which might change as you experience appetite changes with certain medications, if any.

At Arden, your long-term health goals are our top priority. Arden’s NewYou Plus and NewYou Pro are 4-week kickstarter programs designed to help you take the first step toward a healthier weight. After the program, our medical team will review your progress and guide you on the next steps for safe and effective weight management. You can choose to continue with an additional 4-week program or simply follow up with our team without extending the program.
